FP Solutions was involved in the development of two stages of the Tranquillity residential community at Taigum in Brisbane's northern suburbs.
The project comprised boutique infill allotments within an established residential area, taking advantage of existing transport, retail, schools and community infrastructure.
The development approach focused on creating well-located residential lots in a tightly held urban market, with the benefit of established surrounding amenity and strong access to Brisbane's northern growth corridor.

17 TRENTHAM PLACE, SAMFORD VILLAGE

FP Solutions is progressing the subdivision of an existing residential property in Samford Village, creating four residential allotments while retaining the existing home.
The project responds to a tightly held local market with very limited availability of new development sites, particularly for well-located lots within the village.
The subdivision has been designed to make efficient use of the existing property while preserving the established residence and creating a small number of high-quality homesites suited to the character of Samford.
The project reflects FP Solutions’ approach to residential land development: identify constrained markets, unlock underutilised land and create boutique allotments where genuine demand exists.
