FP Solutions worked with CSR Gyprock to design and deliver a purpose-built industrial facility focused on operational efficiency, flexibility and ease of access.
The development incorporated a high-clearance clear-span warehouse, efficient truck manoeuvring and fire-engineered design solutions to improve functionality and cost effectiveness. A significant retaining wall was also required to overcome site constraints and maximise the usable development area.
Despite a restricted delivery timeframe, the project was completed within approximately 10 months of execution of the project agreements, allowing CSR Gyprock to transition smoothly into the new facility.
The site also benefits from convenient access to the Bruce Highway, supporting efficient distribution and logistics movements.

FP Solutions worked directly with ORORA Group to design and deliver a purpose-built industrial facility tailored to its operational requirements.
The project incorporated a high-clearance clear-span warehouse, three loading docks and a layout designed to support efficient truck movements and day-to-day operations. Fire engineering and flexible design solutions were used to improve functionality and cost efficiency.
Despite late changes during the development process, FP Solutions delivered the completed facility within approximately 11 months of execution of the project agreements, allowing ORORA to transition smoothly into the new building.
The site also benefits from direct access to the Bundaberg Link Road, providing efficient connections north and south.

FP Solutions worked with ORORA Group to deliver a purpose-built industrial facility in South Innisfail, with the project presenting a very different set of challenges to our other developments.
Construction in Far North Queensland required careful programming around prolonged periods of wet weather, making site access, earthworks and maintaining the delivery programme particularly demanding.
The facility was designed around ORORA's operational requirements, including a high-clearance clear-span warehouse, efficient truck circulation and flexible internal space.
Despite the weather conditions and a tight programme, the development was completed within approximately 11 months of execution of the project agreements and handed over in January 2017.
