FP Solutions identified and secured the site before progressing the development in partnership with Think Childcare.

The project required a more complex planning solution due to an existing heritage-listed dwelling, which was retained and separated from the childcare development.

The new centre was designed to respond to the heritage character of the site while delivering a highly functional education facility and landscaped playscape.

The level of detail on the project became a selling feature once complete - the centre was quickly full of children learning.

FP Solutions identified Carseldine as an undersupplied childcare market and secured a site to meet that demand.

The project required a more complex planning pathway, with approval ultimately secured following a successful court process. It was the third centre developed with Journey Early Learning and incorporated lessons from earlier projects to improve layout, functionality and the relationship between the internal learning areas and outdoor playspace.

The centre was designed as a large single-level facility with flexible activity rooms and a highly functional playscape.

FP Solutions retained the completed property as a long-term commercial investment, reflecting confidence in both the location and the quality of the development.

FP Solutions identified Corinda as an undersupplied childcare market and secured a well-located site on Oxley Road to meet that demand.

The project required a more complex approval pathway, with development approval ultimately secured following a successful court process. It was the second centre developed with Journey Early Learning and allowed FP Solutions to refine the design approach established at Banyo.

The result was a large single-level centre with strong street access, flexible activity rooms and a playscape designed to improve the interaction between children, parents and staff.

The centre was designed to feel warm and welcoming while remaining highly functional for day-to-day operations.

FP Solutions secured a prominent pad site beside the supermarket within the growing Dakabin retail precinct and identified the location as well suited to a new childcare centre.

The project was the fourth centre developed with Journey Early Learning and incorporated lessons from earlier projects to further refine the layout and operation of the facility.

The centre was designed as a large single-level building with flexible learning spaces and a central playscape forming the heart of the development. Its location beside the supermarket and close to Dakabin train station provides convenient access for local families and commuters.

The result is a highly functional 105-place centre designed to integrate naturally with the surrounding retail precinct.

FP Solutions identified Banyo as a location with a clear underlying need for additional childcare and secured a site that could service both local families and nearby employment areas.

The centre was developed with Journey Early Learning and designed as a smaller, single-level facility with a strong focus on warmth, functionality and efficient use of space.

The project helped establish the design principles that were carried through to later FP Solutions childcare developments, including flexible learning spaces, practical staff areas and a highly functional playscape.

The centre achieved full occupancy within its first six months of operation, reinforcing the strength of the site selection and development approach.
